What is the estimated delivery time for my Everest Bed?
Most of our handcrafted beds are delivered within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking link and a call from our white-glove delivery team to schedule a specific time slot once your order is ready.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer an optional assembly service at checkout. Our professional technicians will deliver the bed to your room of choice, assemble the frame, and remove all packaging materials for a hassle-free experience.
Can I use my existing mattress with an Everest Bed frame?
Absolutely. Our bed frames are designed to standard UK and International sizes. As long as your mattress matches the size of the frame ordered (e.g., King Size frame with a King Size mattress), it will fit perfectly.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery may be subject to a restocking fee.
